    Philippine Sailing Association

    Full revamp for the national governing body of sailing in the Philippines. The previous site was not responsive, loaded slowly, was hard to navigate and carried security gaps. We delivered a mobile-first redesign, CDN and asset optimisation, SSL and monitoring, clearer class sign-up and regatta registration flows, schema markup and a content programme. Reported outcomes: 105.9% increase in traffic, 129.6% increase in conversion rate, 94% performance score and a 166.84% increase in trust factor, with page load times down over 40%.

    Superyacht Academy In Asia and the Pacific Corp. (SAAP Corp)

    Website redesign and booking system for Superyacht Academy in Asia and the Pacific Corp. — a pioneer yachting academy in the Philippines since 2017, offering IYT-accredited, MCA-recognised training for superyacht careers. The new site is built around programme discovery and a clear booking enquiry path: a UX/UI design system, mobile-first programme pages, and an integrated booking flow. Four phases from audit to launch; no performance figures are published yet because the public site has not gone live, with booking enquiries, enquiry-to-booking rate, mobile conversion and organic sessions reported monthly from launch.
